News & Update
So much goodness in No Good Sister land these days! Just in case you aren't following us on social media (which you should because we are oh so hilarious!), the ladies of NGS have been pretty busy these past few months. First and foremost, Jess and Keith had a baby! Yes, whoa! Little Emmett Markley was born on 3/10/18 at a whopping 9 lbs 6 0z and 22 inches. He is perfect in every way and destined to be just as tall as his dad. Maren has been keeping busy with her 2 boys (5 and 7)) now that school is out for summer and recently traveled to visit extended family in MI this summer. And our very own Meagan Kyle is currently in Paris singing and performing in a troupe commemorating the 100th anniversary of the death of Quentin Roosevelt, Teddy Roosevelt's son, throughout France. And somehow we are still finding time to meet up in between all of this goodness to get back to what we love doing the most together... writing songs and arranging harmony. It's been nice to have some downtime post our debut album release last year and to refocus our creative energy. We look forward to catching up with you all and sharing our new music with you in the near future!
We are thrilled to be returning to the North East Regional Folk Alliance (NERFA) this year after taking a hiatus last fall to record our brand new album!
It's a double header for NGS this Saturday! We'll be starting out the day playing a set at The Boyertown Pickfest from 1-2 pm. We hit the stage at 6pm. Both events are FREE and super family friendly. We'd love to see you there! XOXO
